Day 1 : Casablanca :
You will be greeted upon your arrival at Mohammad V airport in Casablanca and will be escorted to your hotel. Our representative will provide brief review of your tour . Overnight with dinner in Casablanca.
Day 2 : Casablanca - Marrakech :
Breakfast and departure to Marrakech in whish you will have a guided tour of Marrakech. You will start the tour with a picturesque stop at the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque as the landmark of Marrakech which has inspired other buildings such as the Giralda of Seville. Your next stop is the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs. Afterwards, you will visit of the 16th century Jewish quarter, the Slat el Azama Synagogue, and the 16th century Jewish cemetery. After lunch break, You Continue to the World famous Jemaa el Fna Square, which houses an array of food , snake charmers , local musicians, and fortune tellers. There’s nowhere on Earth like the Jamaa el Fna, the square at the heart of old Marrakesh. You will also explore the colorful Souks where hundreds of handicrafts. Night with breakfast in a local riad.
Day 3 : Marrakech - Dades Gorge :
After breakfast , departure to Ait Ben Haddou, the most spectacular Kasbah in the south of Morocco and the iconic landscape immortalized in such films as , Lawrence of Arabia , Jesus of Nazareth , The Jewel of the Nile, The Living Daylights, The Sheltering Sky, Kundun, The Mummy, Gladiator , and Alexander the great. We continue via Ouarzazate crossing the Valley of Roses, to get into,the Dades gorges, where the “route of the thousand kasbahs” begins.,Dades Valley. Continue the journey to dades gorge via Kellat M’gouna and visit of Tiliit (5 miles from Kellat M’gouna), known as the ancient city of Jews of the Dades. The for tresds of Tiliit has been the center of Jewish region ruled by the Spanish Jewish family of Perez from the end of the 15th century until the reign of Moulay Ismail in 1672. Diner and night in a deluxe luxury hotel.
Day 4 : Dades Gorge - Todra Gorge - Merzouga :
After breakfast, We headed to the Todra Gorge, where you can take a pleasant walk through the,imposing canyon walls more than 200 meters, until the depar ture to the desert through the palm, grove of Tafilalet. A the arrival in the desert, we expect our dromedaries to go on a route hour and a,half, wading through sand dunes to the heart of the deser t to watch the beautiful sunset. Wrapped,by the Great Dune, and enjoying the music of drums, dinner and Moroccan tea, you can see the, immense sky of stars and sleep in nomadic tents.
Day 5 : Merzouga - Khamlia Village - Erg Chebbi :
This is a complete desert day . “Date with the sunrise” If you are In the middle of the desert, it`s absolutely worth getting up early to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you´ve never seen at the top of a dune close to the camp and enjoy this landscape that is a gift of nature. After sunrise we return to Merzouga on the camels where a hearty breakfast is waiting for us. Then we`ll skirt the Erg Chebbi great extension of sandy desert where we can find the Big Dune of Morocco. Which has more than 250mts high. We continue then by the road that was formerly used for the “Paris – Dakar” and ends in the mountains that limit with Algeria. Stop at Tissardmin oasis where we can find fossil quarries still present in the area, we continue then by a road where we can see nomad settlements and learn their secrets and manners. The next stop will be at a viewpoint to contemplate the hole Erg Chebbi. We`ll reach then Kamilia Village, originally from Mali, where we´ll take a relaxing cup of tea meanwhile we listen to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa. Transfer to your accommodation and free afternoon to enjoy the town or the dunes next to the hotel to see the sunset. Dinner and night in the hotel.
Day 6 : Merzouga - Ziz Valley - Azrou forest - Fez :
After breakfast we start our last day to the north through the Tafilalet palm grove, the biggest in the world. You´ll see thousands of palm trees along the 20km of road. This way leads us to the Ziz valley, which river comes down from the high Atlas and feeds the palm grove. Here we make a stop and from this high viewpoint, enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the town of Aoufous. We make another stop in Midelt, just in the heart of the Atlas where you´ll have free time for lunch and rest for a while. In the afternoon we continue our way through the Cedar Woods where, if we are lucky, we´ll see some monkeys. The next place we´ll visit is the city of Ifrane, situated in the northwestern slope of the Middle Atlas at 1630 meters above the water level. Its broad avenues, its urban development with perfect cleanness, the gardens, the green areas and its architecture make this city look like a swiss town. Ifrane feels misplaced in Morocco. That’s why it´s named the Moroccan Switzerland, and if that´s not enough it has an important ski resort, Michlifen, About 6h pm we arrive at Fez, transfer to the hotel.
Day 7 : Fez :
Today will be a full day guided tour to Fes. Fez has been considered as one of the best known cities in medieval Jewish history, it was home to one of the most influential Talmudic scholars of all times, Rabbi Isaac Alfasi, as well as Maimonides in the years of 1160 to 1165. Visit the Mellah with its synagogue. Fez is a spiritual and cultural center with many facets. The tour will take you back in time while visiting Al Quaraouiine University, the oldest university in the world (before even Oxford or the Sorbonne). We will also visit the medieval Medina with its Bouanania Medersa, the Nejarine fountain and the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum. Afterwards, continue to explore the narrow alleys house hundreds of merchants and craftsmen selling a range of products such as dates, fish, spices, copper urns and musical instruments. Overnight with breakfast in a local riad.
Day 8 : Fez - Meknes - Volubilis - Rabat :
Morning arrival in Meknes, with visits to its Medina, or old city and Bab el Mansour, the monumental gateway and main entrance to this 17th century city. Next, stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis the finest archaeological site in Morocco with mosaics, temples and triumphal arch. On your way to the village of Moulay Idriss which is the holy founder of the first indigenous Islamic kingdom of Morocco. Then depart to Rabat to visit the Chellah and Kasbah of Oudayas located next to the Medina within the ramparts of the old city. The Mellah with its narrow lanes and colorful courtyards, now the home of few Jewish families Continue to Sale as the birthplace of Rabbi Hayyim Ben Moses Attar, the famous 18th Century scholar and Cabbalist known throughout the Jewish world for his bible commentary the ” hahayyim ” Overnight and dinner in a local riad in Rabat.
Day 9 : Rabat - Casablanca :
Transfer to the airport according to the flight time. End of our services.
